I have been working at Ramirent since 2011. I started as a technical manager for the Czech Republic. Two years ago, I was trusted by the company's management to lead the technical department not only in the Czech Republic, but also in the Slovak Republic, and I moved to the position of fleet manager. Although my team is scattered in different corners of Bohemia, Moravia and Slovakia, so we are not in daily personal contact, however, I can always completely rely on my subordinates. Cooperation with colleagues from other departments in both countries is also good. Quality, friendly and fair employees are the basis of the company's success and, together with a strong international background, make Ramirent a company that is a pleasure to work for.

I have been working in the company since 2006. During this period, I changed several positions, which is related to my career growth. If I were to evaluate the company Ramirent, I would highlight several features: constant modernization, flexibility, good relationships in the team, but also opportunities to develop skills, self-realization and others.
