- Can anyone rent equipment at RAMIRENT?
Yes. Our offer can be used by both individual customers and companies
- What hours are RAMIRENT branches open?
You are welcome to visit our branches from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm
- What is an invoicing day?
An invoicing day is 24 hours counted from the time of rental until the same time the following day, e.g. from 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
- Invoiced days = 6 days / week. What does this mean?
With us you save by renting for a longer period of time. When renting for a calendar week - for example, from Monday to Monday, you get 1 day free (you pay only for 6 days)!
- What happens in case of equipment failure?
If something goes wrong, you can count on us. If the failure is the result of proper operation of the equipment, we will quickly repair it on site or, if necessary, replace it with another with the same parameters. When billing the rental, the time from the moment of reporting the failure until its removal is not taken into account.
- What if the equipment is damaged or destroyed?
According to the terms of the rental, the equipment must return to us in the same condition in which it was rented. In case of damage caused by an accident or improper operation, it is necessary to cover the cost of repair.
- Is the rented equipment insured against damage and theft?
The RamiCasco fee is included in the rental price, details of the insurance and its coverage can be found in the flyer under the downloads tab at this link.
- Does returning the soiled equipment incur an additional fee?
We are aware of the conditions under which construction machinery works, and in the case of normal use, no additional fees are charged. This happens only in occasional cases, when the equipment requires prolonged and labor-intensive cleaning, such as due to coverage with dried concrete or a thick layer of mud.
- How high is the security deposit for rented equipment?
The amount of the deposit depends on the type of equipment. To find out the deposit amount for a specific equipment, contact the nearest branch or check the website.

- How can I order equipment with delivery to the place I specify?
Our equipment can be picked up in person or with delivery to the site of operation. The delivery service has an additional charge and requires you to set a delivery date and time with the branch. Estimated delivery prices can be found at this link.
